In order to achieve this performance, we pursue a value-oriented corporate policy: reliability, appreciation, fairness, respect and strict compliance with regulations and laws are important components of our self-conception.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to ensure compliance with these values and provide a binding guideline for acting with integrity, the AVANCO Group management has developed a Code of Conduct. Compliance with this Code of Conduct is compulsory for all employees.
